At Maymay Made It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
